The first Hellraiser was cool but I didn't care for the others. Silence of the Lambs is more of a drama/suspense that a true horror movie.

I agree with you on the Hellraiser thing, but seriously...SOTL? That definitely qualifies as horror in my book. A guy that sews skin into a dead skin suit seems pretty horrific to me.

I know man, the "Ed Gein" movies they made sucked ass. "Silence" was influenced by Ed Gein and its a helluva lot better.

I fucking love the Hellraiser trilogy. Everything else was unwatchable.
I draw a lot of influence artistically from those movies. Look at the Azazel, that's pretty much "Chatterer"

I do like "Silence Of Lambs", and most Ed Gein movies do suck. Although,Ed Gein with Steve Railsback is probably the best attemt I've seen so far!!Anyone seen Inside???I'f you haven't , watch it if you're into extreme gore !!Definately one of the best newer horror films I've seen!!

Speaking of Steve Railsback, probably the most memorable vampire flick I've seen of all time, is a movie called "Lifeforce" from 1985. Still, the hottest vampire actress ever starts in it, Mathilda May: She was hot then she's still hot now. Plus she was practically naked the whole film.

I'm a big fan of the Hellraiser movies, I even watched them all the way up to hellraiser 7 or something. Only the first 3 were any good, but i still needed to see them all. The Hellraiser graphic novels are pretty bad ass, different stories told by different authors and artists.
Same thing goes with the "..of the dead" pics. Night of the living dead and dawn of the dead were the best, but i still gotta watch them all. (only if it has Romero's name on it somewhere.. accept no imitations!)
ALL TIME BEST MOVIE - Zombi There's a scene with a zombie underwater trying to bite a naked woman diver, and then he gets into a fight with a shark!! BRILLIANT!!!
SECOND PLACE - IT Just mention that movie to anyone and they'll say "that movie made me scared of (clowns, storm drains, balloons, etc.)" No other movie has fucked up more peoples brains than IT!
