I liked it better when "God/Allah" (the god of Abraham) was angry. Killing anyone who got in his way and asked for sacrifices. He didn't take crap from anyone and demanded respect from humans. This new "God" (god of Jesus/Isa) seems to go against the old God, yet somehow religions try to make them fit together. There were many Gods before these and the best way to make a new God is to borrow from an older one. That way you already have a built in following. Religion has been twisted so much by politics, business, and extremists that it really can't ever go back to a point where it brings everyone together for the common good. (After all when you pray, aren't you essentially talking to yourself?) Sure, stories are good and stories with lessons are generally good too. Some stories with lessons should have age limits before being introduced to children so they won't take them literally. And now for a story my parents would read to me as a child. From "Der Strewwelpeter" by Dr. Heinrich Hoffmann... enjoy. video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-538011027440158787#
