I haven't seen that one! Is it similar to the Italian cannibal movies of the 70's?? Ala Cannibal Holocaust ,Make Them Die Slowly. These were supposed to be made to look like documentaries. It came out in the mid sixties. i think its real stuff, they just focus on the bizzare. here's a link with a few video clips. the brain surgery is crazy! www.evtv1.com/searchevtv.aspx?s=kwaheri&a=Search

Anyone ever seen "Slugs"?? Directed by Juan Simon, the guy that did "Pieces"!! I fucking love that movie. Not becuase it was impossibly awesome, but I do love 80's cheese and this was aprime example of why movies used to be fun before it became too realistic or whatever. Forget suspension of disbelief on this one. I do remember the lettuce scene that was pretty gross-it does affect you mentally just like Blasphemessiah said. I remember my buddy and I were watching this back in 87 (in our gigantic Betamax player) and my family was in the other room...then the naked couple scene came up, I panicked and hit the fast forward button and my buddy was like "No!" haha good times, good times.

Kam Lee ex-Mantas/Death ex-Massacre ex-Denial Feind is to star in a new horror film "Deep Seeded". Film promises to have a no holds bars attitude when it comes to the gore. Kam is to play a serial killer hell bent on revenge in this ultra gore film. Also his new band "Bone Gnawer" is to be on the sound track. Hopefully this isn't some super low budget shit film. www.myspace.com/bonegnawerband

We all know this. It might be just me but I don't consider someone hell bent on revenge a "serial" killer. Serial killers have no purpose but to satisfy the need to kill.

I like alot of low budget movies, but there is a limit to what is tolerable! Just like Evil Dead, it had a very low budget, but is considered one of the best and scariest movies ever.

Evil Dead wasn't ever scary for me. actually i was LMFAO through most of it. Evil Dead 2 just pissed me off cuz it was "Evil Dead Lite" The only movies that really scared me were the poltergeist movies. that clown doll. the midget lady. the skinny faced bad man. the reflection in the mirror that grabs the girl. the puddle in the parking garage. those movies will still give kids nightmares.

The first Poltergeist was scary as hell for me as a kid!! I think the movie that got me the most was Halloween!! I thought Mike Myers was hiding in my closet for days after seeing it.

Also to all the fans of ordering movies online, don't ever order from Dvd World!! I ordered "Slugs over three weeks ago and still have'nt reseived it. They first said they would ship a replacement and now they're saying there waiting on another shipment of movies. I think their full of shit and are trying to fuck people!! Don't support these assholes!!!
